Great news to tell you in this issue!

Modern technology is becoming more and more a factor in the process of custom picture framing.

We now have virtual framing, letting you see

what your artwork looks like framed, before it’s framed!

 This is something we’ve wanted to offer for a while, and it addresses a problem that’s common to most folks when trying to decide which mats and frame to put around their artwork or photography.  With just a few clicks of the mouse we can now show you on the computer monitor what your piece will look like when framed.  This eliminates the need for you to stand on the step stool or make a telescope with your hands trying to visualize how it will appear with only the corner samples as your reference.  This new program also allows for comparing up to 4 different mat/frame combinations on the same screen as well as showing you what creative window cuts, beyond the basic rectangle/oval cuts, will look like around your art. Want to see multiple openings in the same mat?  No problem.  Very cool stuff. 

 We’ve had this up and running now for about a month, becoming familiar with its features and operation, and it has definitely helped those customers who’ve been our “guinea pigs” (thanks to all) to be more comfortable with their decision than ever before.  So don’t be a stranger.  Drop by soon and let us show you what your next project will look like framed, before it’s framed!

Other news and goings on; we’ve just added new moulding corner samples from Roma, Nurre Caxton and Larson-Juhl to the wall, expanding the selections of our most popular styles from each of these suppliers.  It’s part of our continuing effort to offer the most comprehensive assortment of frame styles in the area, enabling you to choose just the right style for your piece.
